These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Merry Table Games. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Digital products and delivery

All products are digital files (PDF and PowerPoint). After payment, your download link appears on the thank-you page and is emailed to you, usually within a minute. Nothing is shipped.

License

Each purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to print and use the games at your own events, including at home, in a classroom, at a church group or at an office party. You may not resell, share, upload or distribute the files, in whole or in part. To give a copy to someone else, buy the Gift a Copy add-on.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may be displayed in your local currency at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners, including Whop. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order you have already placed.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy: a full refund within 30 days.

Content

All game designs, text and graphics belong to Merry Table Games. Movies, songs, brands and people mentioned in trivia questions belong to their owners and are referenced for quiz purposes only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, or with any television game show.

Limitation of liability

The games are provided for entertainment. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
